Does God Exist Outside of Time and Did God Cause or Know ADAM would sin?
Well, first we have to understand Time:
Science says:

Satan is a master at changing the settings of time and dates and the meanings of words.
Time is only used as a means of tracking and recording God’s activity. Without the use time, we cannot fully understand God, keep His ordinances and have a concept of what is eternal. God setup the first time piece when He created day and night and made the heavens.
Gen 1:5 God called the light day, and the darkness He called night. And there was evening and there was morning, one day. Gen 1:14 Then God said, “Let there be lights in the expanse of the heavens to separate the day from the night, and let them be for signs and for seasons and for days and years;
The stars are for years and seasons, the moon for seasons and months, and the sun for minutes, hours and a day. Buy a sundial and see.
Time is NOT a Force, Medium or Continuum:
Time is simply the measured or measurable period during which an action, process or condition exists or continues. The concepts of “travel through time”, “the ravages of time” and “father time” are satanic, Babylonian physics or mysticism and also found in the Jewish Kabbalah. Schemes of the devil. No one can travel through time anymore than they can travel through dollars or inches. No one is subject to time anymore than are subject to miles but they are subject to God and some even Satan. Sin ravages everything earthly, time just allows us to be able to record it in some meaningful way. The dollar is a good example of this. The dollar is a measurement of something like gold or silver just like inches are a measurement of an object. Yet, this is how Satan works and today everyone believes the dollar is money. Dollars can’t be anymore money than inches or feet can. I will give you ten feet for that hat. “Ten feet of what?” should be the question. You are giving 10 dollars of what for the hat. The answer is NOTHING or I should say FAITH. Faith in the (at least for now) fact that everyone believes a dollar’s worth of nothing or paper is of value. The removal of the gold and silver backing of the money supply was also satanic.
God does not travel through time since time is only a measurement.
This means that there is nothing in the future past where God currently is now. There cannot be a future without God and He is not traveling through a continuum called time. Time is not a continuum to be traveled through as it is only a measurement of events. Time will cease without God. It’s nothing in itself.
It’s religion, influenced by Satan that have painted an unjust picture of God by trying to add conditions made up by Satan and believing in the lies of Satan. God knows all things knows all things about His creation including the heart of man. This all stems from the fact that Satan has deceived the whole world into believing that we live on a ball in infinite space. That there are numerous dimensions and even numerous universes and that Time is a dimension. These are all lies that the church has got sucked into. Just like Eve, the church has believed in a lie about God. Scripture is very clear on aspects of what God has created, its form and detailed aspects of it and the hosts that the “Lord of hosts” has created in it. Now it’s very clear that God knows His creation. Its depths, heights and width. His spirit searches out all things. God knows the heart and mind of man and the angles too. 1Jn 3:19-21 We will know by this that we are of the truth, and will assure our heart before Him in whatever our heart condemns us; for God is greater than our heart and knows all things. Beloved, if our heart does not condemn us, we have confidence before God;
This is a poor comparison but I have done some software coding. If the program acts up, because I created it, I know exactly where to start searching in the code to find and correct the error. God has named all the host of heaven and knows their location in heaven. Try and remember the names of let’s say 200 people you know and where they lived when you met them. It’s no easy task. God is managing billions. He knows the number of hairs on your head. But God is in the moment and engaged in His creation just as L.A.Marzulli, a believer in the Lord, has coined the paraphrased phrase ” God and the forces of evil are in a cosmic chess match, move & counter-move”. One almost has the view God’s creation as a huge complex multi-leveled chess game with billions of boards being played on at one time. God makes a move on the main board by ordering or declaring something. Satan then makes a move to thwart or destroy what God has done. Meanwhile as well, God is involved with billions of other individual boards all connected to the main board on which each of us are in the game as well. Personally interacting with God and unfortunately Satan and his demons as well in our own life. We make a stupid move and God makes a correcting counter move affecting real time events to direct our path.
All of creation is inside “the waters”:
Creation is very confined and contained in, for lack of a better term, a bubble surrounded by water.
Gen 1:1-2 In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. The earth was formless and void, and darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was moving over the surface of the waters.
Gen 1:6 Then God said, “Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it separate the waters from the waters.
Gen 1:9-10 Then God said, “Let the waters below the heavens be gathered into one place, and let the dry land appear”; and it was so. God called the dry land earth, and the gathering of the waters He called seas; and God saw that it was good.
Psa 136:6 To Him who spread out the earth above the waters, For His lovingkindness is everlasting;
2Pe 3:5 For they deliberately overlook this fact, that the heavens existed long ago, and the earth was formed out of water and through water by the word of God,
Then God set His throne on top of the firmament in the waters:
Psa 19:1 To the Chief Musician. A Psalm of David. The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament proclaims His handiwork.
Psalm 33:13-15 The LORD looks from heaven; He sees all the sons of men; From His dwelling place He looks out On all the inhabitants of the earth, He who fashions the hearts of them all, He who understands all their works.

Isa 40:22 It is He who sits above the circle of the earth, And its inhabitants are like grasshoppers, Who stretches out the heavens like a curtain And spreads them out like a tent to dwell in.
Psa 104:3 He lays the beams of His upper chambers in the waters; He makes the clouds His chariot; He walks upon the wings of the wind;
Psa 18:11 He made darkness His hiding place, His canopy around Him, Darkness of waters, thick clouds of the skies.
Psa 77:19 Your way is in the sea, and Your path in the great waters, and Your footsteps are not known.
Job 22:14 ‘Clouds are a hiding place for Him, so that He cannot see; And He walks on the vault of heaven.’
Job 26:5 The departed spirits tremble under the waters, and those who dwell in them.
Job 26:10 He has described a circle on the surface of the waters to the boundary of light with darkness.
Jer 10:13- When he uttereth his voice, there is a multitude of waters in the heavens; and he causeth the vapours to ascend from the ends of the earth:
Jer 51:16- When he uttereth his voice, there is a multitude of waters in the heavens; and he causeth the vapours to ascend from the ends of the earth:
Amo 5:8 He who made the Pleiades and Orion And changes deep darkness into morning, Who also darkens day into night, Who calls for the waters of the sea And pours them out on the surface of the earth, The LORD is His name.
Revelation 4:6 And before the throne there was a sea of glass like unto crystal (the Firmament): and in the midst of the throne, and round about the throne, were four beasts full of eyes before and behind.
Psa 148:4 Praise Him, highest heavens, And the waters that are above the heavens!
Isa 66:1 Thus says the LORD, “Heaven is My throne and the earth is My footstool. Where then is a house you could build for Me? And where is a place that I may rest?
It’s very clear that the earth is directly under the very feet of God and water surrounds all creation.
Note: Now we only have glimpses of God’s throne room and there may be a second firmament above the throne. “Eze 10:1 Then I looked, and behold, in the firmament that was over the heads of the cherubim something like a sapphire stone, in appearance resembling a throne, appeared above them.” Which may be why God stated in “Psa 104:3 He lays the beams of His upper chambers in the waters; He makes the clouds His chariot; He walks upon the wings of the wind;” that His upper chambers which would be above the second firmament and in the waters. But it is clear that there is water all around the entire creation. “Amo 9:6 The One who builds His upper chambers in the heavens And has founded His vaulted dome over the earth, He who calls for the waters of the sea And pours them out on the face of the earth, The LORD is His name. ”
I believe some Hebrews believed in a third firmament: “Eze 1:26 And from above the expanse (firmament) that was over their heads was a likeness like a sapphire stone, the likeness of a throne. And on the likeness of the throne was a likeness looking like a man on it from above.
Final note on God’s creation is the fact that we will never fully know it’s height, depth and width: “Jer 31:35-37 Thus says the LORD, Who gives the sun for light by day And the fixed order of the moon and the stars for light by night, Who stirs up the sea so that its waves roar; The LORD of hosts is His name: “If this fixed order departs From before Me,” declares the LORD, “Then the offspring of Israel also will cease From being a nation before Me forever.” Thus says the LORD, “If the heavens above can be measured And the foundations of the earth searched out below, Then I will also cast off all the offspring of Israel For all that they have done,” declares the LORD” .
But I do know this, if you were to get outside the firmament and/or creation, you had better have a super submarine. Some believe including me that what is outside the “waters” is utter chaos, meaning we could not handle it as it is incomprehensible.
The Sun, Moon and Stars are in the firmament:
Gen 1:16-17 And God made the two great lights—the greater light to rule the day and the lesser light to rule the night—and the stars. And God set them in the expanse, Firmament, of the heavens to give light on the earth,
Why God can’t be in the future:
Anyone who knows that something is going to happen but fails to act is guilty of inaction. If God is a Time Traveler and therefore knows the future then He is in big trouble with His own verse. “James 4:17 Therefore, to one who knows the right thing to do and does not do it, to him it is sin”. Do you really believe that if God knew what Satan was going to do, He would have created him. Sometimes in trying to build God up, we tear down His main attributes. Time Travel takes away from God’s infinite wisdom and knowledge, it doesn’t add anything good. It cheapens the true nature of God. Besides, God tells us exactly where He Himself is located right now!
Mat 6:9 “Pray, then, in this way: ‘Our Father who is in heaven, Hallowed be Your name.
Isa 40:21-23 Do you not know? Have you not heard? Has it not been declared to you from the beginning? Have you not understood from the foundations of the earth? He it is who reduces rulers to nothing, Who makes the judges of the earth meaningless.
Question: How can two parts of the Trinity not know the time when Christ will return but only the Father if they are outside of time. Mat_24:36 “But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, nor the Son, but the Father alone. Because about Christ it is stated: Col 1:16-17 For by Him all things were created, both in the heavens and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities—all things have been created through Him and for Him. He is before all things, and in Him all things hold together.
Question: How can God bless or make promises to individuals knowing that they would fail. Gen 1:28 God blessed them; and God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth, and subdue it; and rule over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the sky and over every living thing that moves on the earth.” He4 made promises to Israel about the promised land. What, knowing they would never receive it.
And as stated above, His throne is setting on top of the firmament that is over the earth. God is right above us, near and engaged. Not billions of light years away or in some other dimension. God does not exist outside of time because time (the measurement of God’s existence) exists because of God and God has given us the means by the heavenly time piece to have a concept of time for our benefit. To know and understand Him better. It’s only a measurement of events. So how can God see something in real time that He hasn’t even done yet. Yes, God is Spirit but He is also Real. He knows what He is going to do but until He does it, it hasn’t happened and isn’t recorded by someone who has experienced or witnessed the result of His action. God has chosen via creation to let us move through His timeline together. No where in Scripture does God say He knows the future but instead He “declares it” and “makes it happen”.

Isa 46:8-11 “Remember this, and be assured; Recall it to mind, you transgressors. “Remember the former things long past, For I am God, and there is no other; I am God, and there is no one like Me, Declaring the end from the beginning, And from ancient times things which have not been done, Saying, ‘My purpose will be established, And I will accomplish all My good pleasure’; Calling a bird of prey from the east, The man of My purpose from a far country. Truly I have spoken; truly I will bring it to pass. I have planned it, surely I will do it.”
This is how God operates and interacts with His creation! He’s here, He’s now! But He can tell us what He is going to do in the future because ” Truly I have spoken; truly I will bring it to pass. I have planned it, surely I will do it.”
Gen 22:16-18 and said, “By Myself I have sworn, declares the LORD, because you have done this thing and have not withheld your son, your only son, indeed I will greatly bless you, and I will greatly multiply your seed as the stars of the heavens and as the sand which is on the seashore; and your seed shall possess the gate of their enemies. “In your seed all the nations of the earth shall be blessed, because you have obeyed My voice.”
Isa_1:24 Therefore the Lord GOD of hosts, The Mighty One of Israel, declares, “Ah, I will be relieved of My adversaries And avenge Myself on My foes.

God’s control over man and events:
“Eph 1:11 in whom also we have been chosen to an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of Him who works all things according to the counsel of His own will, ” How are we predestinated? According to the purpose of Him who works all things according to the counsel of His own will or God also decided ahead of time to choose us through Christ according to his plan, which makes everything work the way he intends. He MAKES it happen.
Pro 16:1 The plans of the heart belong to man, but the answer of the tongue is from the LORD.

The Infinite Wisdom and Knowledge of God:
God sees all of creation and His spirit searches all of creation. God knows the heart and mind of man. God is way more than a time traveler, in fact making God a time traveler takes so much away from God, it stinks. God is a Creator, a Doer, a very complex Thinker, He’s Action . All Wisdom and knowledge abide in Him. Listen how He describes Himself it just a few verses because I can’t put all of Scripture in this blog.
1 Corinthians 2:10-11 For to us God revealed them through the Spirit; for the Spirit searches all things, even the depths of God. For who among men knows the thoughts of a man except the spirit of the man which is in him? Even so the thoughts of God no one knows except the Spirit of God.
Isaiah 40:13-14 Who has directed the Spirit of the LORD, Or as His counselor has informed Him? With whom did He consult and who gave Him understanding? And who taught Him in the path of justice and taught Him knowledge And informed Him of the way of understanding?

Gen 6:6-8 The LORD was sorry that He had made man on the earth, and He was grieved in His heart. The LORD said, “I will blot out man whom I have created from the face of the land, from man to animals to creeping things and to birds of the sky; for I am sorry that I have made them.” But Noah found favor in the eyes of the LORD.
Psa 78:40 How often they rebelled against him in the wilderness and grieved him in the desert!
Psa 5:5 The boastful shall not stand before your eyes; you hate all evildoers.
Jer 15:6 “You who have forsaken Me,” declares the LORD, “You keep going backward. So I will stretch out My hand against you and destroy you; I am tired of relenting!

Remember, what the apostle Paul said, "but test (or prove) everything; hold fast what is good!" (1 Thes 5:21 ESV)
Christians should not be afraid of investigating for the truth.
Remember as well, Eph6:12 For we are not fighting against human beings but against the wicked spiritual forces in the heavenly world, the rulers, authorities, and cosmic powers of this dark age. These forces are running and ruining our world. They are in control of governments, industries and most people. You have to deal with this fact. Why hide the flat earth. Because Satan wants evolution and needs this spinning ball thing flying through space. He can't have people knowing there is a firmament over a motionless flat earth. That screams God made it. So he brain washes the people into believing a lie and we all bought the lie. This proves how effective Satan is at deceiving the nations. He has deceived even you and me. But God will allow us to see through Satan's lies if we will read and study His Word and observe His creation. Creation screams of the glory of God.
